I like Thai food and it's ideal if you want to store it in refrigerator. I love the three main curries that any thai restaurant has. The red curry, the green curry and the Masilaman curry. Each has it's own unique flavor. The best Vegetarian Thai curry in Siem Reap is served by Madame Beergarden.
