Sambath's amok dinner

Yesterday I was invited to Jacques and Sambath's home. Sabbath cooked for us and it was by far the most delicious Cambodian food I had. The spices and herbs that went into making that Amok meal was sublime. I also got to know them personally. A great couple, awesome food and top notch hospitality made this a memorable evening.
