Why buying a new gas car in 2018 is a stupidity

 All traditional automobile manufacturers are having a nightmare. It's now the Kodak moment for the car companies. Backed by oil giants who have put the break on any innovation in electric car they have enjoyed an amazing ride for past 100 years but suddenly in past 5 years their aura of being challenged is now a serious reality. Thanks to one company -Tesla.  2018 will be a turning point as more than ever people will be driving an electric car especially model 3. Needless to say once you have driven an electric car for some time and realize its simplicity of maintenance, power, space and efficiency. People will refuse to go back to driving the old gas cars and that's going to radically change the landscape of car manufacturing in the new decade. Take for instance who were the big camera manufacturers - nikon, Kodak, fuji and where they are now ? Now the big camera manufacturers are smart phone manufacturers. So if you are planning to buy an expensive gas guzzler and thinking that it will last you next 15 years. You might be in for a shock after 5 years when no one will be willing to pay for it as the cost of electric vehicles come down and driving a gas vehicle would be an expensive option and increasingly looked down upon.
