Its a very special day and a reason enough to blog. Its the last time wuly e have this day and not till the begin of another millennia we will have this kind of date. I am not a numerologist to attach any omen with it but as a mathematician I am fascinated with number patterns all the time.
  
       Some few updates. As you know I already received my MYP training certificate and yesterday I received the mail that I have also completed my DP training. So two great things regarding professional development. Piyush told me about the various online seminars one can do. I think I need to start looking there. I am excited with the offerings of Courserea, Udacity and edX. They do offer a great way to learn things one is interested but doesn't have time, energy and inkling of what the course is about. Its great to sample a course and pursue if you really like it. There are now excellent instructors who are offering these courses for free. This is a serious techtonic shift in higher level education and education business. That mean if you are serious being an educationist you have a great time learning and reinforcing your subject. Its also going to push the education standard worldwide. Students from all over the world have same access to education and great minds. Truly amazing time to be witnessing this revolution.
